Launch an analysis with your team

This tutorial explains how to launch a team analysis and display the results.


The team analyses enables you to learn your team's expectations and perception of effectiveness.

If you are a manager :



First, check that you are logged on to the platform. You should see your name in the top right-hand corner.





Click on "Team analysis" in the left-hand panel to access the module.




To launch an analysis, you need to register at least three members of your team. These members will receive an email notification informing them that they can complete the questionnaire via the link provided.

To start a new team analysis, click on the purple button + at the bottom right of your screen.

In the new window, you can choose the team for which you want to send the questionnaire. By default, you only have one team, so it will be automatically selected. You can click "Next" at the bottom right of the screen.







You can then choose to set up your team analysis, by scheduling the questionnaire to be sent at a later date, setting a closing date for the questionnaire, and automatically making the results available to your team; they will then receive a notification when the results are available.



⚠️ Warning: Once you have reached this stage, be careful not to "double-click", so as not to create a second analysis.

Once you have set the parameters, you can click "Next" to display a summary of the launch.

If you are happy with the data presented, you can click on "Finish".



The analysis is launched! 🎉

Your team has been notified by email to complete the questionnaire.
You will receive an email notification when the results are available.

If you are a facilitator :



Go to the platform and click on the "Facilitation" tab




Here you'll find a list of the different teams you've already worked with. All you have to do is find the team in question, click on the tab at the end of the line
and deselect the "Manage team" button.




At this point, you can add new team members or remove old ones if the team has been renewed.




Then you need to return to the facilitation page, find the team in question again and click on the icon
again this time on the "Start a team analysis" tab.



You will be directly redirected to a page dedicated to launching a new team analysis.
You will be asked to confirm the e-mail addresses of the team members.



Then, you can schedule the launch and closing date of the future questionnaire, as well as the date on which the individual results will be sent out.



Finally, you will be able to see a summary before validating your request.
If you are happy with the data presented, you can click on Done.



The analysis is launched! 🎉

The team has been notified by email to complete the questionnaire.
