OpenDecide helps you to quickly collect the expectations of your team, based on the latest scientific research on team performance.

To do this, you and your team members will receive a questionnaire consisting of 153 questions.


:warning: Please note that this is not a satisfaction questionnaire (which calculates a cumulative number of points), but a scientific questionnaire calculated using a scientific model. As a result, it is not possible to obtain biased results.


On average, people take 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
